We camped at Sugar Mill RV Park in November, 2020. It is a nice clean campground and easy to get to.
The interior roads are dirt, as are the sites. The site markings are kind of mixed up, but, workable. Our site, #25 was a full hookup pull thru site that was pretty level. The rates are good for our travel trailer. However, there is a busy highway (Rt 19) close by with a lot of heavy truck traffic. But, it dies down in the evening.
Amenities include 2 Clubhouses, 2 Gazebos, Free Wireless Internet, Shuffleboard and Horseshoes, a Coin Laundry Facility, 3 Stocked Fishing Ponds, and easy access to I-10 and I-75.
Sugar Mill RV Park is located about an hour drive from Valdosta, Bainbridge, Albany and Tallahassee, Florida. Nearby Thomasville, is a quaint southern town, with a downtown made for walking, and lots of shops and restaurants. It is an easy 8 miles away. We enjoyed our 3 days there and will be back again when we are in the area.
