This must be a well kept secret as I can’ t find it listed in any campground directory, and I am just guessing that its in Eatonville as its very close to the Northwest Trek Wildlife Park, just off Hwy 161 on Tanwax Lake Rd. (Mile north of Hwy 702.) It also could be South Prairie or Kapowisin
The park is clean, friendly and very helpful staff. Its located on Tanwax Lake and they rent boats and there is a fishing pier, (saw trout being caught). They have a small store with good ice cream cones…LOL. Also there is a covered barbeque area that overlooks the lake and a boat launch is close by. They do allow speed boats on the upper half of the lake but the campground is in a quiet zone.
Spaces are normal and phone internet and cable is available. In summer its pretty well filled so reservations are probably a good bet.
