We really liked Turtle Rock RV Resort! Even though the RV spaces are gravel they were very level, and very large, lots of grass and space to spread out in.
Our space backed up to the water and we had a great view. There’s a path to Kissing Rock Beach and its an easy walk to get there. The owners and staff were friendly and very helpful. The staff kept the park very clean.
We plan on coming back next summer and staying longer.
Had a great stay here with our 5th wheel, level, pull thru site. Short walk to the beach on a gravel path if there is a low tide. On the upper path there are a couple rocks to walk over but it’s an easy walk. Staff was very helpful, several working in the office, friendly and we felt as though they really appreciated us being there. We will go back, no doubt. Been going to Gold Beach for years but just discovered this place! It is close to Hwy 101 but hiway noise was not an issue. Next time, we might get a “back in” site with Hunter Creek for the view, nice back-drop. A few permanent residents but the park is clean and monitored on a regular basis.
