We enjoyed our stay at Black Bear campground. It’s located only a few minutes from I-95, exit 60 in Salisbury, Massachusetts.
Our children enjoyed the large play ground, two pools and Recreation Hall. We had a full hook up site with cable. Our site was level and a good size. Sites have a fireplace and picnic table. The bath houses and the laundry room were very clean. They also have free wi-fi.
It’s really a great location for several reasons…
- It’s really close to I-95 for travelers just passing through the area and looking for a one-night stay.
- It’s a great base for exploring coastal Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
- There are lots of restaurants, stores and attractions just a short drive away.
The campground is only about 3 miles from the Atlantic Ocean and several beaches including Salisbury Beach and Hampton Beach (NH).
We will definitely return!
