Cotillion Gardens RV Park is a lovely campground, and what a lovely experience we had here. We were part of a large group camping there for several days.

We have two children aged 8 and 6. We were treated so well here at this park! The facilities were so nice. The park was totally clean and pleasant. Our group reserved the recreation facilities and had so much fun playing video games and ping-pong. We had a big breakfast in there Sunday morning.

The facilities were wonderful and the people were so pleasant. The pool is closed in the winter but the playground, basketball, and other facilities were totally fun. People in our group had pets which were totally welcome. Our kids felt right at home and were treated so nicely.

We only live about 30 minutes away but I’d go back for a quick weekend get away ANYTIME!

  1. I camp at Cotillion Gardens RV Park every summer and I have to say it’s absolutely amazing! It doesn’t really scream “rv park” unlike many places. You literally park your rv in spots among plenty of trees, so it almost feels like you’re camping right in the middle of the forest!

Also the staff that works there is VERY friendly, and always keeps the park in top shape. The park is built on a hill, and they operate a clubhouse at the bottom (at the entrance) that has plenty of entertainment for kids. There are arcade games, ping pong, pool, several board games, and a movie plays there very night! Plus there is a pretty good playground across from the clubhouse too.

Most importantly, the park is situated right in the middle of the forest, so you can VERY easily go for a walk on one of the MANY trails around the area, including several that go to the Roaring Camp Railroad, which is a great place to visit for tourists. My personal favorite is a few trails that lead to a river just next to the clubhouse side of the park. Aside from the occasional crawdad, this is a great activity for anyone! Kids, adults, couples… everyone can have fun splashing around in this river!

This park is a little expensive I think, but it is such an AMAZING park it more than makes up for it. Dont’ get me wrong, it’s not outrageous or anything like that, I mean that it is *slightly* higher than some of the other parks. But trust me, this park is worth every penny!
