Loading ...Windrock Campground is the place to ride quads, dirt-bikes, or jeeps. The trails are fantastic, I hear it’s like 70,000 acres of property with hundreds of miles of trails. We stayed at Windrock Campground for 3 days and had a fantastic time.
The people there were great, Gene and Missy are the best! They keep things quiet and I can see that they won’t put up with any crap from crazy-type people that are sometimes in ATV campgrounds we’ve stayed at. I was glad of that cause I’m a light sleeper, but we didn’t get woke up a single time there.
This place is not a KOA, but it’s very very clean. They have a great bathhouse with hot showers, and the kids loved the campfires – we had smores every night. I will definitely stay here again. Next time we’re staying a week!
