Crazy Horse Campground & RV Resort – Gatlinburg, TN
This is a great family-oriented RV park. Friendly staff, well maintained and plenty of things to do for the kids… what more could you ask for? If you’re considering visiting the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area, this would be a nice base. It’s far enough away from the attractions and noise to give you a sense of remoteness, yet not too far away to be inconvenient.
The park is wooded and shady, with 2 mountain streams flowing out of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Amenities include free hot showers, a large, seasonally-heated swimming pool, kiddie wading pool, 3 laundries with water-efficient washers and propane dryers, a fishing pond stocked with Rainbow Trout (extra charge), a 500 ft. water slide (no charge for 2 adults/2 children camp site), playground, camp store/deli with a good selection of groceries, souvenirs, RV and camping supplies, a theater, game room, (with free Internet connection), ATM, basketball, volleyball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, a summer day camp (free), and lots of daily planned activities.

We have stayed in Crazy Horse Campground twice and the whole family had a wonderful time.
