French Broad River Campground – Asheville, NC

Loading ...My husband and I booked 4 nights at French Broad River Campground based on what I consider a misleading internet ad. We found that the campground was dirty and very run down.
The river was beautiful and it is a shame that the campground has been allowed to become so run down. I can not even imagine anyone staying there. The site that was to be ours was right beside what looked to be a permanent travel trailer that was all moldy and and had trash and old rusty things in the yard. I have no idea where they got the pictures for the ad, I saw nothing that looked remotely as nice as there internet ad.
I would not recommend this campground to my friends.
