Waterfront sites are occupied by seasonals, but most of the transient sites have a river view, although 5th-wheelers and large rigs may block some views.
Camp sites are fairly small, and open and sunny, with a little shade. The bath rooms are clean, although somewhat dated. The owners are friendly and helpful. The camp store is limited to bare necessities. Merry Knoll has the usual pool, small playground, etc., plus a fishing pier. There is no cable or wireless internet.
Overall, this campground is adequate as a base for exploring the Thousand Islands area.
