Loading ...Last month we had one of the most enjoyable camping weekends in a long time at Lake George Escape. The staff was friendly and courteous. The grounds and facilities were clean and well maintained. Our site had full hookups and was comfortably large.
They have a very nice restaurant “Cafe Alfresco” centrally located in the middle of the property with very good food at reasonable prices. They offer all kinds of activities including miniature golf, canoeing, river tubing and more. Nice pool! Several nights a week they have a DJ and line dancing lessons.
Lake George Escape is easy to get to from I-87 (the Northway) and is convenient to Lake George and nearby attractions, there’s simply no better place from which to enjoy all that the Lake George area offers.
Bring your bug spray… about the only annoying thing about this place is the mosquitoes. They were brutal.
