Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort - Las Vegas, NV
This was a fantastic park! We stayed here for 2.5 weeks at the end of March and beginning of April 2006. The premium, deluxe and standard spaces at the front of the park are all excellent. We found being east of the pool in the #400s was best. They are close to the laundry, pool and away from the in and out traffic of the park. The I-15 traffic can be heard in the park, but on the east side of the pool, it really isn’t a bother at all.
The trolley service to the strip is also excellent. We did not experience problems with the sprinklers or with any bugs of any kind when we were there. The airport is nearby and planes did go overhead during daylight hours mostly, and again, wasn’t a bother at all. I would recommend this park to anyone who likes a Resort type stay at an RV Park. The park looks exactly like it does online! www.oasislasvegasrvresort.com.

We stayed here in 2006 for what was suppose to be 3 weeks. We had been told where the dogwalk was that was closest to our site. We used this for several days then one evening we were taking the dogs down to the dog walk and a site that I had noticed had a 14″ fence around patio area now had a very large dog in it. As we walked past the dog cleared the 14″ fence with no effort and attacked my golden retriever , he was going for her throat my husband beat the dog off and then the owner came out and said well looks as if your dog is ok and sorry.
This resort has a dog policy stating that your dog must be on a leash no longer than 6′. And if your animals are outside you have to be too. We complained to management and they sent a security man down along with the owner of the vicious dog, (by the way their policy also states that you are not allowed to have vicious dogs) and was told again they were sorry but maybe I should use another dogwalk so as not too disturb this vicious animal again and when we were not satisfied with this response or the non action being taken, we were asked to leave. I later on a trip to the office could see why they were not doing anything about this matter as the owner of the vicious dog and the manager our friends.
I would never stay here again and I would suggest that if you have animals of the non vicious type that maybe it would be a good idea not to stay here as they only protect the vicious dogs.

We stayed at this park in December 2008. We had reservations from Thursday to Sunday, but ended up leaving early due to weather problems expected at home. However, we probably would have left early anyway due to the poor internet service provided. We use the internet for business and personal use, so we usually scan the RV parks before we make reservations. The IP service was terrible, probably one of the worst I’ve ever experienced.
The park is nice enough, close to the Strip, with all the conveniences expected, and
close to restaurants, but in spite of their strict dog policy, I noticed that quite a bit of campers ignored it. There were large dogs walking around without leashes, and also a huge Rottweiler who was laying under his owner’s RV who did not have a restraint device of any kind attached to him.
Only in an emergency would I stay here again, but if you are a gambler and just want a safe place to park your RV, then this would work for that purpose.
