we enjoyed that this park is so close to everything we could walk about 7 blocks to a grocery store & post office. a late walk to dairy queen was yummy.
this is a quiet - friendly park. the creek in the middle of the park is very pretty. we enjoyed having clean bathrooms and friendly staff. we stayed an extra day to visit bannack state park-an intact ghost town-it is a must see. the free donuts & coffee on sunday was a plus and to meet all the other campers at this social gathering.
