First time there, will not be the last. We plan on going back in September for a longer stay. My son his wife and children came, had a great cootout, went fishing, stayed the night. The park was very clean, and very quite. There lot of children playing, and lot of rv's there. The bathrooms were clean, and the staff was great. Thanks for a great stay. Yes, I would say it was run down and the bathroom in the office building had quite a few ants running around. Sites were quite close.
