Loading ...Capital City RV Park is good enough for $25 a night, but they have raised the rates to $28. That is what some of the more up-scale parks around Topeka are asking. Also, I was at my truck at 10:30pm in the dark, closed the door and saw the maintenance man standing near by. He asked me if I found everything I needed. I wondered what he needed. A little concerning, for me at least.I would give this campground 1 star. J Robertson, Grand Ridge, FL
