American RV Park – Albuquerque NM
This is a ?beware? letter for all of you RV?ers who have worked so very hard to be where you are today. There are some places that should not be visited or revisited.
I am writing this letter on behalf of my senior parents, my husband, my son, myself, and all of you who spend your hard earned dollars to travel ?RV? style. I am also a native of Albuquerque for over thirty years. I find this experience to be a terrible representation of our city, and very embarrassing.
American RV Park – Albuquerque, NM
We had a very positive working experience at American RV Park. This was our first workamping experience. The campground is in a transitional stage so is not without problems but many of the "seasoned" workers said that Pamela & Garland were especially good managers. We felt that they were great to work with & for.
American RV Park – Albuquerque NM
We stayed at American RV Park from 06/16 through 06/19 (4 nights) on our 2 week summer vacation. And although the facility was very nice as far as landscaping, amenities and the rest rooms, we did have several issues that I thought needed mentioning. Had I known about these peculiarities prior to our booking, I would have chosen elsewhere…
Tucumcari KOA – Tucumcari, NM
What a view of a nearby mountain! Tucumcari KOA is right off of I-40, and a very convenient place with nice amenities at a good price. Small rabbits are everywhere in the campground, making our dogs antsy and excited. Two criticisms… the bathroom was steamy and hot in the morning. No air conditioning makes this so uncomfortable that I needed a shower after washing my hands, which brings me to number two. The black water dump connection at our site (9 or 10) was filled to about eight inches below the rim when we got there so we said something about it.
