Santa Cruz/Monterey Bay KOA - La Selva Beach, CA

Loading ...This KOA campground is not far from Santa Cruz and a much cheaper alternative than staying in an area motel. We used the camping cabins. We love going to the Santa Cruz Board Walk, and did not want to take our trailer in the Bay Area traffic, so all we needed were sleeping bags. It is not far from Monterey too.They had a nice store and swimming pool. It is not hard to get to. The camping experience was a nice one. I recommend it!

This campground is easy to get to. If you want to give your kids a camping experience, the cabins are a good choice-we like them. Cheaper then a motel
close to Santa Cruz Boardwalk/we love visiting Phil\’s
Fish House in Moss Landing, Ca. You can drive to Montery and use this as home base, that is what our family enjoys doing. My kids choose this over the motel near the boardwalk.
