Sands of Time Campground was recommended to us by a friend. The park is located in old Avon Village away from all the hustle and bustle of Hwy. 12. The sites are large with full hook ups (50amp service) & free cable TV. It is very quiet and clean and the campers are all repeats and its like one big family.

The park gave a fish fry pot luck and it was great! No pool or game room just a really nice park. The owners went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The campground is clean and well kept. We have already made our reservations for this fall.

Great park and very reasonable rates, within walking distance to the beach, Avon Pier, shopping and restaurants. Fishing was great and all the campers gathered round the campfire to exchange fish tales. Sands Of Time Campground comes highly recommended. We loved it!

We just returned from out third stay here and really enjoyed it! Outdoor Resorts is a beautifully maintained RV park located right on the bay… and absolutely gorgeous sunsets!

This resort doesn’t have all the hype associated with families and kids. There are no planned activities, no themed weekends, no special holiday events… this is just a great place to get away for some quiet relaxation. Ocean breezes and cooler summertime temperatures make this campground a special place for us.

The staff was friendly and helpful and eager to point out some good restaurants in the area. Individual campsites are well marked, tastefully landscaped and beautifully maintained. Sites are full hookups including cable. Even with our large Class A, our site was easy to access… a pull-thru onto a large concrete pad with a great waterfront view, a private dock.

The facilities here were extremely clean and well maintained. There is a ramp with access to a wildlife refuge for boating and fishermen. The refuge has a network of hiking trails. The property is very level and biking is effortless. The resort is gated and secure. Other amenities included two swimming pools and a hot tub, two lighted tennis courts, a beautiful clubhouse with health club, bath facilities with sauna, convenient beach access, and a small playground.

No Vans, Pop-ups or Truck Campers allowed and you must have an RV a minimum of 18′.

The Virginia Beach Resort area is about 30 minutes north. There’s plenty to keep you occupied up there. This resort is your refuge.

This is a great campground located on Fenwick Island (Selbyville) near Ocean City, Maryland. The park is big! … with over 1000 sites, many of which are located on the bay and waterfront, but only about 30 are available with full hookups.

There’s plenty of room for tenters, which is probably why the bathrooms are at capacity during the summer months. The campground has plenty to offer to keep kids busy, with a full schedule of events.

Amenities include a basketball court, lighted playground, a skateboard park, flea market and craft show (July), swimming pools, rec center and a very nice camp store.

The rates are a little high ($60-$80 for a full hookup with cable TV), but this is prime real estate and right on the Atlantic Ocean so the price is competitive with other campgrounds around.

We’ve stayed here several times over the past two years and plan on returning in the next few weeks. Can’t wait!

Holly Acres was a pleasant surprise once we arrived. The staff was very friendly and eager to answer our questions. The Campground was well maintained and spotlessly clean.

Our pull-thru site was comfortably large and level. There were a significant number of seasonal campers here but, for the most part their sites were neat and well maintained. Seasonal sites were also kept in one area, which was nice.

Holly Acres is nestled on 40-acres in Southern New Jersey, and offers a peaceful camping experience, while still being close to area attractions, such as the casinos, beaches, and shopping. It’s only about 20 minutes from Atlantic City.

A quaint park where you can ride your bicycle, relax at the pool, or sit by the pond and watch the ducks swim by. Enjoy a old-fashioned campfire with your family or participate in the weekend events.
