Our experience was similar except our site was very hard to back into with 5th wheel and xl truck. I did explain the length before I made reservations, and expected an appropriate site. I will stay again, but will request another site that is not at the very last of the first row. I, too stayed at Hot Springs. They ran a shuttle to the track which is great if you have ever tried to park at Oaklawn during the racing season. Look forward to going again next year.
