Cape Disappointment State Park - Ilwaco, WA

Loading ...Three stars for this delightful state park as it has just about everything, including a new name. It use to be called Fort Canby State Park, but now I guess in honor of the area, they changed the name.
Located on the southwestern point of the State, just 2 miles from town, Cape Disappointment has 152 standard campsites, 83 utility sites, five primitive campsites, one dump station, eight restrooms and 14 showers and some are handicapped access. The maximum site length is 45 feet but all the sites are well spaced in a wagon wheel design so that you don’t look into your neighbors window.
Stateline Campresort and Cabins - East Killingly, CT
(4 visitors have rated this campground.) Loading ...We also loved this campground! Stateline Campresort and Cabins is located on Route 101 near the Connecticut/Rhode Island state line in East Killingly, Connecticut.
The cabins are adorable. They are rustic but have all the things you need… a bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. The activities were amazing here! The staff was too! We loved it here and do tell everyone to book at Stateline. The pool was so clean and blue. The grounds well kept and neat. The bathrooms were always clean.
Talona Creek Camprground - Talking Rock, GA
(1 visitors have rated this campground.) Loading ...Here are our experiences when we stayed at Talona Creek Campground: The camp store was not open a single time, and we were there for a whole week. The only two bathrooms in the entire park were out of order at the same time, for most of the week end. The drainage in the park was inadequate and flooded our site during a short rain shower.
James Island County Park Campground - Charleston, SC
(2 visitors have rated this campground.) Loading ...This campground was great, but the staff was less than accommodating. We were awaken at 7:00 a.m. by chainsaws and beeping of lift trucks. This continued throughout our stay. We left early because of all the annoyances.

Brown Mountain Beach Resort & Camping - Lenoir, NC
(1 visitors have rated this campground.) Loading ...I visited Brown Mountain Beach Resort for years. I and my family decided it would be a wonderful place for us to rent a permanent campsite. The owners at that time were very kind and accommodating. It was the best $700.00 investment our family has made until 7 or 8 years ago when the campground changed ownership. The park has increased the full hook ups and the permanent lot rent every two years and now the spots are as high as $2400.00 per year.
Howard Stafford Park - Pontotoc, MS
(rate this campground) Loading ...Howard Stafford Park was wonderful. I would recommend it to anyone. The price was reasonable, I have paid much more for sites without full hook-ups. The sites were big and clean. The playground had fun stuff for the kids, not just a small wooden set. There were plenty of places to ride bikes. There are stores close by. They lock the park down after 10:00 pm which made me feel safe.
