We have camped in our RV in the western US and Mexico for the last 5 years… from Denver to Seattle down the west coast to as far south as Colima in Mexico. Crystal River Resort is one of our favorite places to stay because it has such large RV sites and such a beautiful setting right next to the Crystal River with a beautiful view of Mt. Sopris.

Lone Oak is an RV Park with a surprisingly beautiful lake view. The folks here are friendly and the park is clean and well maintained. A new deli and bait shop also just opened next to the campground. The lake is within a few 100 feet and the fishing from the shore or the bridge was great! The wireless internet was nice and came in handy!

My husband and I have been taking our 3 children RVc amping for over 15 years. We have been to over 50 different campgrounds during that time and have never liked any as well as the Crystal River Resort in Carbondale, Colorado. We have continued to make this our favorite spot and have continued to return every summer. It’s the best campground when it comes to clean bathrooms which is of vital importance when our family picks a place. We love the pool, the sand volleyball, basketball, badmitten etc. and the owners have all the equipment for you to borrow.

Holiday Trav-L-Park is a large, (over 1000 sites!) modern, well maintained campground with a friendly staff. Sites are mostly level with some shady. Although a bit expensive, you’ve got to check out their “supersites”… they are roomy pull-through sites with paved entries and exits. These sites feature a 60×12 foot (minimum) concrete pad with extended [...]

Barrington Shores is located about 3 miles off US Route 4, and about halfway between Concord and Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
When we first arrived here, we were a bit disappointed… trash dumpsters, dirt piles and maintenance equipment greeted us at the entrance area. But once we got over that initial disappointment, Barrington Shores grew on us. [...]
