This was a fantastic park! We stayed here for 2.5 weeks at the end of March and beginning of April 2006. The premium, deluxe and standard spaces at the front of the park are all excellent. We found being east of the pool in the #400s was best. They are close to the laundry, pool […]

American Heritage RV Park is located near Williamsburg. This campground is easy get to and a good base camp for exploring Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown.
Full hookup sites are pull through, and some have concrete pads. The property seems to be well maintained with clean rooms and showers. Looks like brand new electrical service(20, 30, […]

Bar Harbor RV Park and Marina is located on the Bush River in Abingdon, Maryland. This campground is only 4 miles from I-95. This is a nice campground! Very friendly, chatty helpful owners. Skowhegan/Canaan KOA is one of the cleanest campgrounds we have ever been to. Ice and wood are delivered right to your campsite. Since the new owners took over the campground a few years back, there have been many improvements made to the park. This is a great place for kids and adults a lot of fun planned activities!

I found this great campground on US 23/GA 87 in Cochran, Georgia. Hillside Bluegrass RV Park is under new ownership, and you can tell they are working hard at it. The campground is located on 90 acres… it is beautiful and peaceful, and close to a couple golf courses. The park holds bluegrass music festivals twice a year.

This is a  clean, comfortable park with easy acces to I-80. It’s a great place to stay on your way to someplace else. A little noisy as it’s close to the Interstate, but after a long day of driving, you won’t mind it at all.
They have long pull-thru sites will easily accommodate even the larges […]

We stayed at Fort Custer Recreation Area in August 2005. There had been a lot of rain that week and the campground was very muddy. This is a very wooded campground. The mosquitos were so bad we could not even sit by the fire (wearing strong bug spray!). The shower facilities were far away and the shortcut was too muddy to use. The bathroom/shower facilities were very dirty. Why don’t state parks provide soap? The beach/lake area was nice, bathroom there was nice.
